I live in Colorado and enjoy the colorful scenery and vibrant outdoor activities this state is know for, from skiing and fly fishing to exporing on foot and on a bike. I try to take my pup Walden everywhere I go.
Worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Computing at the University of Utah in 2017-2020.
As a graduate student at the University of Colorado Boulder, studied Computer Science and focused on High Performance Computing. I received my PhD in 2017.
Interned at the University of Chicago’s Computation Institute (2014) and National Center for Atmospheric Research (2011-2012). The research projects I contributed to involved high-performance computing, cloud computing, and performance modeling.
Prior to moving to the US, I received my BS in Applied Math and Computer Science at Samara University (Russia) in 2008.
